Proper training during the summer is the secret to a fun and successful cross country season. I want your athlete to have fun, make long-lasting friendships with fellow runners, and be properly prepared for their upcoming cross country season.

Founder/Owner
The training leader is Will Jordan, a Vestavia Hills varsity graduate and a rising senior on the Samford University cross country and track team. This summer marks Will’s 5th year leading his clinic, where he continues to bring a wealth of experience, energy, and passion to the athletes he coaches with a deep understanding of distance running and a commitment to helping young athletes improve both mentally and physically.

Bela Doss
Assistant Coach
Bela is a sophomore on the cross country and track team at Samford University, a teammate of Will, and a Briarwood Christian School alum. She brings valuable collegiate racing experience, a strong work ethic, and a professional approach to training and development. She will be a great mentor for your athlete as they work to improve both their performance and mindset throughout the summer.

Brody Ahlemeyer
Assistant Coach
Brody bring a strong background in distance running along with a high level of professionalism, committment, and attention to detail. He is a senior at Spain Park High School and recently committed to run cross country and track at the University of North Alabama. We're confident he will make a meaningful impact on your athlete through his knowledge, work ethic, and passion for the sport

To mark each athlete's improvement over the summer, there is a 2-mile time trial at the second and last training session.
2022 Summer- 1 minute and 10 seconds average improvement through 17 athletes.
2023 Summer- 1 minute and 55 seconds average improvement through 13 athletes.
2024 Summer- 1 minute and 22 seconds average improvement through 17 athletes.
2025 Summer- 1 minute and 8 seconds average improvement through 20 athletes.
